What is Vamao Labs?
Vamao Labs is an independent software studio based in Virginia, USA. We build premium plugins, browser extensions, and web applications that solve real problems for businesses and developers worldwide.
What platforms do you support?
We currently build products for WordPress, Google Chrome, Shopify, WooCommerce, and other popular platforms. Each product page specifies which platform it's built for.
How are your products different from free alternatives?
Our products are built from real user pain points — not generic features. We provide dedicated support, regular updates, clean code, and a focus on performance and reliability. Every product is actively maintained and improved.

Licensing

How does site-based licensing work?
Each license allows you to activate the product on a specific number of websites or installations. We offer tiers: 1-site, 3-site, 5-site, and unlimited. You can manage your activations from your dashboard — deactivate one site and activate another anytime.
Where can I find my license key?
After purchase, your license key is displayed on the order confirmation page and is always available in your dashboard under "My Licenses." You'll also receive it via email.
Can I upgrade my license tier later?
Yes! Contact our support team and we'll help you upgrade to a higher tier. You'll only pay the difference between your current tier and the new one.
Do licenses expire?
Most of our licenses are lifetime — you pay once and use the product forever. Some products may offer annual licenses with renewal options. The license type is always clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Depending on your region, additional payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We never store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I get support?
Customers can open a support ticket directly from their dashboard. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. For general inquiries, you can also use our contact form.
Do you offer installation help?
Every product comes with detailed installation instructions on its product page. If you need extra help, our support team is happy to guide you through the setup process.
Can I suggest a feature or product idea?
