14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This policy applies to normal VamaoLabs digital products and to the initial Vamao Inventory OS onboarding/audit payment.

For subscriptions, the refund window applies to the most recent paid invoice. Renewal payments are reviewed case by case, especially if the service was actively used during the renewal period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Vamao Labs account.
  2. Open a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request."
  3. Include your order number and invoice number from the orders page.
  4. We review the license, subscription, and workspace state before issuing a Stripe refund.
  5. Approved refunds are normally submitted to Stripe within 5 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Full refunds deactivate the related license key and hosted Inventory OS workspace access.
  • Partial refunds may keep access active, depending on the reason and amount refunded.
  • You must stop using refunded digital products and remove any refunded product from active sites/installations.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • The request relates to a renewal period where the service was actively used and no service issue was reported.
  • Evidence of license key abuse, redistribution, or terms of service violations.
  • A refund has already been issued for the same product to the same customer.
  • The purchase was made to access, export, copy, or abuse service data and then request a refund without a genuine product issue.

Invoices and Receipts

Every completed VamaoLabs order receives a customer-visible invoice in the orders page. Stripe may also provide a hosted receipt or hosted invoice page depending on the payment type. If an order is refunded, the VamaoLabs invoice status is updated and Stripe can provide a refund receipt.

Policy Visibility

We publish this policy before checkout so customers can review refund conditions, time limits, and expected processing time before purchasing. This policy is a commercial policy, not legal advice.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by starting to download or use digital content, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered and the download has started, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive.

Despite this, we honor our 14-day refund guarantee for all customers regardless of location.
