Vamao Labs is operated by an individual based in Virginia, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

2. Products and Services

Vamao Labs sells digital software products including but not limited to WordPress plugins, browser extensions, Shopify apps, and other web-based tools.

  • All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
  • Product features, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, with reasonable notice to existing customers.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Licensing

When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use that product under the following conditions:

  • License scope: Each license is tied to a specific number of sites/installations based on the tier purchased (1-site, 3-site, 5-site, or unlimited).
  • License holder: Licenses are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.
  • Permitted use: You may use the product on your own websites or on websites you manage for clients.
  • Prohibited use: You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product or license key with others.
  • Modifications: You may modify the product for your own use, but you may not distribute modified versions.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke licenses in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

5. Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Direct VamaoLabs website purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Vamao Inventory OS installs from the Shopify App Store are billed through Shopify Billing and appear in the merchant's Shopify billing flow.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.
  • Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

6. Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

  • All products, content, trademarks, and materials on this website are owned by Vamao Labs.
  • Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership of the product's source code or intellectual property.
  • You may not reverse-engineer our products for the purpose of creating competing products.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through our Ideas page, support tickets, or contact form:

  • You retain ownership of your submitted content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted ideas for product development purposes.
  • We may use your feedback and suggestions to improve our products without obligation or compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments. We do our best to ensure quality, but software inherently involves complexities across different configurations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, Vamao Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website and products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
