Stocky Migration Checklist

Before you leave Stocky, export and verify the data your store needs to keep ordering inventory on time.

1. 1. Export products and variants. Keep SKU, barcode, title, vendor, price, and cost fields.
2. 2. Export supplier mappings. Every replenishable SKU should map to a supplier and supplier SKU.
3. 3. Capture reorder rules. Save min quantity, max quantity, lead time, and safety stock values.
4. 4. Snapshot inventory by location. Multi-location stores need location-level quantities.
5. 5. Save open purchase orders. Keep supplier, expected date, SKU, quantity, and unit cost.
6. 6. Run a migration audit. Identify the SKUs that would break PO and reorder continuity.
