Vamao Mail Guard OS helps WooCommerce merchants know whether critical transactional emails were sent, duplicated, skipped, or missing attachments before customers complain. It is not another SMTP plugin. SMTP tools help messages leave WordPress. Mail Guard OS sits one layer higher and watches the business events merchants actually care about: completed orders, refunds, restocks, invoice PDFs, quote approvals, and customer-visible notifications.

What it monitors

• Order emails: processing, completed, refunded, customer invoice, and customer note workflows.
• Restock alerts: out-of-stock to in-stock transitions that should notify waitlist subscribers.
• PDF attachments: invoice, packing slip, quote, and credit-note files that should be attached when an email is sent.
• Duplicate sends: same event, same recipient, same subject, same order context, repeated inside a configured window.
• Source hints: which plugin, theme, or custom code path most likely created the email attempt.

Why merchants need it

A raw email log can show that WordPress attempted a message. It does not always tell the merchant whether WooCommerce should have sent that message, whether another plugin sent the same one twice, whether subscribers were skipped, or whether the invoice PDF was attached. Privacy by default

Email bodies are not sent to VamaoLabs by default. Hosted health sync uses redacted metadata, hashes, event IDs, attachment counts, safe filenames, and source signatures. Developer details are visible only to administrators.
